She is a product of the School District of Palm Beach County and a native to Boynton Beach, Florida. Ms. Gadson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of South Florida and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University. She has been afforded the opportunity to hold such positions as financial aid counselor, academic advisor and adjunct professor to name a few.
Before joining the PSELI Team, Ms. Gadson has spent the last 15 years as a school counselor at Delray Full Service Center, Carver Middle School and Washington Elementary School. She has always felt that in order to build a better future for students, we must also engage our parents in meaningful and impactful ways. Social and emotional learning has been a part of Ms. Gadson’s professional resource tools her entire career.

The quote by Nicholas A. Ferroni sums up her philosophy, “Students who are loved at home, come to school to learn, and students who aren’t, come to school to be loved."
